Hide and his trainer Eric DiLauro are preparing for the 2011 Olympia training out of Golds Venice.
After a great placing at the Tampa Pro qualifying for the Olympia we have changed up some of the training and what we have here is Hide performing a 100 rep set, we only performed one set.
