Trainer Eric DiLauro prepares Hide for The Phoenix Pro 2011 . Here is a video going through Delts and triceps !!!
Eric is almost going on three years working with Hide. Mr Yamagishi pocketed his first ever IFBB Pro Win under Eric's tutelage . Hide has improved incredibly every year getting bigger and sharper and more of an X -Frame with thick dense quality muscle.
Eric has overhauled all aspects of Mr Yamagishi's training building the foundation using traditional movements but at the same time sculpting and bringing his physique into a symmetrical proportional flawless shape . Eric is known to use and invent exercises that help stimulate new muscle growth using un orthodox techniques that promote and spur huge muscle growth .
