TRIPLE SET NO REST
So guys here it is I didn't say it would be easy but it's very effective. For legs to see gains you have to shock the muscle and trick them from workout to workout that's the key.
So today I performed three exercises without any rest between the exercises and I tried to do anywhere from 10 to 15reps per exercise with perfect form. I would do anywhere from 3 to 4 sets.
I would definitely warm up before attempting any of these exercises and make sure your form is executed perfectly.
