When I first met Jen I was blown away by the density and quality of her muscle , you can just tell she earned every ounce of it . When you read this article you will see how she built this body and it wasn't just sitting around it was hard labour!!
Just like Jay Culter he comes from a blue collar type up bringing and it shows in his work ethic , never quit attitude until they reach there goals .
Jen has been working with me now for several Months and she will be stepping on stage on March 31, 2012 at the Gopher Classic .She plans on qualifying and pursing a national show this coming year so stay posted and see her progress .
