Hidetada Yamagishi IFBB Pro Squats 455lbs full Range of Motion!!

It was a great leg workout for Hide especially since going through some strains in his quads durring the 2010 season after a couple of months of rest Hide is back !!!

We actually started with hamstrings, I find getting the blood in the legs before hitting the Quads works well.
So we started with 3 excersises for hamstrings than moved to leg Extentions and some vertical press's.

Now Hide is very pumped and ready to squat , enjoy the video!!
